Early in 2004 our YFZ riders Keith Little and Dana Creech wanted a slightly taller and more comfortable seat foam built. The Quad Tech-ATV designed YMS was built and an instant success not only with Keith and Dana but all types of riders.
Now in 2007 recent complaints of the very hard seat and uncomfortable KFX riding position prompted us to develop a raised MX seat for the KFX 450 with our softer foam. After testing different heights of seats with Monster Energy Kawasaki and a few WORCS riders we determined that a 1" taller foam is best for most riders. Using our pro national championship proven materials and construction methods the KMS is guaranteed to deliver performance, comfort, and durability unmatched by any other brand of seat.
